Key responsibilities: Creating/improving models, tracking local real estate markets, preparing reports, and serving as a market expert.
Requirements:
1. Experience: self-starter with experience in financial modeling, equity research, DCF modeling skills, or investment banking (must have)
2. Education: bachelor's or master's degree in real estate, business, economics, or a related field
3. Knowledge: familiarity with private equity, investment risk, and real estate investments
4. Research skills: strong data collection, validation, and auditing skills. Stay updated with industry trends and market analysis
5. Analytical skills: proficient in running financial models and analyzing local real estate markets
6. Organizational skills: the ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle workload efficiently
7. Communication skills: excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
8. Entrepreneurial: self-starter with the ability to work independently, think strategically, and align research with business objectives
9. Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database systems
10. Experience in financial modeling or investment banking, a degree in real estate/business/economics, research/analytical/communication skills, organizational proficiency, entrepreneurial mindset, and computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
