We are seeking a talented front-end developer to join our team and help us design and develop beautiful, responsive websites with clean and maintainable code. The ideal candidate will be passionate about web development and have a strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to develop responsive websites and web applications with clean and maintainable code
2. Write well-structured, modular, and scalable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code that adheres to best practices and web standards
3. Develop and maintain front-end components and UI elements, including responsive layouts, animations, and interactive features
4. Optimize website performance and accessibility by implementing best practices for front-end optimization, SEO, and web accessibility
5. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standards and best practices
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and trends
7. Create different types of navigation, including mega menu, hamburger menu, and tabbed navigation
8. Create different types of footers, including sticky footer, accordion footer, and social media footer
9. Create a replica design if a sample is shared
10. Become familiar with Figma and work with Figma files
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with popular front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, and best practices for front-end optimization and SEO
Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, web development, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
