Role Overview: You'll own end-to-end feature delivery from database schema to pixel-perfect UI while collaborating closely with product and design. The position is full-time, 100% remote.
Area: Typical Tasks
A. Backend (CodeIgniter 3/4)
1. Build REST APIs, admin modules, cron jobs
2. Refactor CI3 legacy code to CI4
3. Optimize MySQL queries, caching, security
B. Frontend (HTML / CSS / JS)
1. Convert Figma designs into responsive pages
2. Add interactivity via vanilla JS / Alpine.js / Vue (nice-to-have)
3. Meet Core Web Vitals & cross-browser standards
C. UI/UX & Web Design
1. Refine wireframes, user flows, component library (Bootstrap/Tailwind)
2. Brainstorm landing pages & dashboards with growth team
D. DevOps & QA (Bonus)
1. Set up CI/CD (GitHub Actions / Bitbucket Pipelines)
2. Manage AWS/DigitalOcean environments
3. Write PHPUnit / Cypress tests
Must-Have Skills
1. 1 + years professional CodeIgniter (3/4) experience
2. Strong PHP 8, MVC, OOP & REST API design
3. Front-end mastery: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap/Tailwind
4. Proven record of turning Figma mocks into production UI
5. MySQL (indexes, migrations, performance tuning)
6. Git-based workflow & clear English communication
Type: Full-time, direct payroll (not contractual)
Salary Range: 6 - 12 LPA (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Work from anywhere in India
