Key responsibilities:

1. Handle start-to-end website revamp projects
2. Design and develop website architecture as well as build new features and functionalities
3. Build and implement new themes and plugins
4. Build the website front-end and conduct website performance tests
5. Analyze website performance and troubleshoot errors
6. Handle the backend of the website, including database and server integration
7. Ensure best practices in web application development
8. Participate in the complete software development lifecycle and write code that is maintainable, clear, and concise

Skills & Requirements:

1. Knowledge of PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, MySQL, and Tailwind CSS is required
2. Knowledge of unit testing for PHP and JavaScript
3. Good understanding of web architecture
4. Proven web development skills
5. Great interpersonal and communication skills
6. Understanding of Git and CI/CD practices
