Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Next JS 13 and above, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, Node JS, etc.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test new features.
3. Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure to ensure high performance and scalability
4. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
5. Utilize strong time management skills to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
6. Implement project management best practices to streamline development processes.
7. Continuously improve code quality and contribute to the overall success of the team.

1. Full Stack development experience: Demonstrated expertise in developing both front-end and back-end components of web applications using Next JS 13 and above, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, Node JS, etc.
2. Proficiency in Back-End technologies: Experience with server-side programming and integration with front-end technologies and APIs, ensuring seamless functionality across the stack.
3. AWS knowledge: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including managing and optimizing AWS infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
4. Strong English communication skills: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, collaborate with team members, and engage with stakeholders.
5. Remote work experience: Prior experience working in a remote environment, demonstrating effective time management, productivity, and self-motivation.
6. Technical problem-solving: Strong skills in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across both front-end and back-end systems.
7. Project Management Skills: Familiarity with project management best practices, including the ability to implement processes that streamline development and ensure timely delivery.
