Key responsibilities:

1. Developing full-stack applications using Python, JavaScript (preferred React)
2. Using the AWS resources as well as learning new skills and sharing them
3. Collaborating on API design and architecture decisions
4. Writing, updating documentation regarding the work, and maintaining existing API functionality
5. Diagnosing and troubleshooting backend issues in the production

Other requirements

Proven experience in a similar role

Experience building with modern web component frameworks (React)

Hands-on software development experience in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS

Experience implementing or consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL)

Solid understanding of UX/UI design, usability, and accessibility

Proficient with version control systems (preferably Git) and code repositories (preferably GitLab)

Strong willingness to learn and embrace new technologies practical to our products and audience

Ability to work with a remote or distributed team

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 20,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
