About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on the development, updating, and maintaining of Tidalwave Technologies code and processes, including web servers, API servers, databases, interfacing modules, and supporting infrastructure
2. Build reusable code and libraries for future use with a focus on modularity and low technical debt
3. Build and manage NoSQL and graph database structure
4. Ensure the stability and security of all back-end components and processes
5. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and robustness
6. Collaborate with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design functional, cohesive code to enhance the user experience
7. Help develop ideas for new enhanced features or products, by monitoring industry developments and trends
8. Take responsibility and ownership for back-end component timelines and deliverables

Probation:

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 30,000 /month

We are looking for a full-stack developer who is interested in working with the team on an ongoing project. Full stack developers are responsible for producing scalable software solutions in a hands-on development role. They are expected to work on back-end and front-end software components, as well as interface the rest of the development team and the company’s business team throughout the full software development life cycle. Primary goals include building and maintaining the company's products, services and help accomplish the company's technology-based goals. As a full stack developer, you should be comfortable around back-end coding languages, front end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for understanding systems operations and learning and developing new technologies quickly.
