Key responsibilities:
1. Serve as a bridge between the technical team and clients
2. Work with the technical team to ensure that client needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions
3. Collect information, analyze requirements, and solve problems, providing technical and operational support
4. Develop a test strategy to validate the solution while being able to see the big picture of a project and understand the role of all features
5. Execute tests, document results, and communicate to provide robust solutions for successful project deliveries
6. Demonstrate the ability to plan, prioritize, and organize your time
7. Manage and develop customer relationships to achieve mutual goals
A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, software engineering, or equivalent experience is required
Excellent written and oral communication
Ability to think like an end-user to develop a testing structure that covers all bases
Must have an inclination towards technology and its adaptation
Work on being a leader and problem-solver with sound work ethics
Demonstrate critical thinking skills

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
