1. Prior domain experience - 1yr+

2. Demonstrate a good level of understanding of existing commercial designing software applications/CAD tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc.

3. Beginner-level conceptualization & and design skills such as typography, color theory, layout skills, design trends, etc.

4. Degree/diploma course in graphics design (or a related field)

5. Good reading comprehension ability to understand customer needs in English along with beginner-level verbal and written communication skills in English

6. Good to have knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

7. Must be able to look at their work/project from customers' point of view and examine how the design/design output will be perceived by our customers to ensure they convey the desired message (meaningful & and relevant)

8. Must be able to operate various graphic designing software such as AI, PS, InDesign, and Adobe Stock (understanding & and firsthand experience working on AI, PS, & and In-design)
