1. Assist with understanding the client brief & explaining it to a junior designer
2. Create & design as per the client's requirements from the team
3. Work to ensure projects are completed with high quality & on schedule
4. Assist in prioritizing & managing multiple projects within the design specifications
5. Teach intern designers
6. Handle a team of designers

Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Adobe XD CorelDRAW Project Management
Earn certifications in these skills
Learn Adobe Photoshop
Learn Graphic Design
Who can apply

1. Capable of handling a team of 10-15 designers

2. Experienced enough to understand & explain the brief to junior designers
