About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design high-quality illustrations for product development
2. Brainstorm with the design team to come up with innovative ideas for new as well as existing products
3. Give valuable inputs in story development, and content creation relevant to the product in the picture
4. Work on graphic design requirements for all digital/social media & print publications
5. Refine image design using illustration software like Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
6. Ensure that printed illustrations meet specified color and quality standards
7. Adhere to design specifications & brand guidelines, understand user demands and expectations
8. Complete projects according to the set deadline

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
