Graphic & Ui Designer Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design review and quality control:
- Review and approve all design submissions to ensure they meet the company's quality standards and client requirements.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to designers to enhance their work.

2. Client communication oversight:
- Monitor communications between client-servicing team members and clients to ensure clarity, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
- Assist in resolving any design-related issues or misunderstandings with clients.

3. Revenue growth:
- Pitch higher-tier subscription plans and additional services to clients, aiming to increase company revenue.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and feedback.

4. Training and mentorship:
- Train and onboard new designers, helping them understand the company's processes, standards, and expectations.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and support to the design team to foster continuous improvement and professional growth.
