Key responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and execute visual designs and strategies.
2. Collaborate with marketing and product teams.
3. Manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
4. Manage social media projects

For Final selection

1. Portfolio Presentation . We would like to know your thought process, creative journey, and the choices you made while creating past designs.
2. A specific brief shall be given to test your technical and visualization skills
3. Only work created by you to be included in the creative portfolio shared by you.
4. Open files may be asked to be furnished to us to check validity of own work.
5. Mon - Sat working
6. Candidate should have a computer capable of handling the work load with a good internet connection for zoom/screen sharing online with requisite design software pre-installed

Who can apply

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.

2. Background from Art school would be preferential.

3. Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design.

4. Social media work exposure is a must.

5. Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (AI, Photoshop), MS Office Suite.

6. Candidate should have a computer capable of handling the work load with a good internet connection for zoom / screen sharing online with requisite design software pre-installed

7. Strong creative portfolio showcasing a variety of projects

8. Attention to detail and quality of design output

9. Strong communication skills

10. Creativity and problem-solving abilities

Salary
Duration: 1 month
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,25,000 /year
