About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan and execution of new business development
2. Acquire new customers in the mid-market or SMB/SME categories along with the creation and conversion of leads
3. Review the market response and share with the management to achieve market demands
4. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
5. Build and manage the outbound business development pipeline
6. Develop prospective clients to generate business
7. Track payments from clients and market outstanding
8. Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
9. Be responsible for the growth of the allocated markets
10. Play a major role in closing end-to-end sales cycle, right from prospecting, solutions, consulting, negotiating, and relationship management
11. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders

Requirements:

1. Sales and marketing 0-2 years experience

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 10,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 40%
