About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee and optimize the lead funnel to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads
2. Develop lead generation strategies, implement lead scoring methodologies, and track lead conversion rates at each stage of the funnel
3. Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to increase lead quality and conversion rates
4. Develop and execute growth strategies
5. Collaborate with the founders to develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies for our SaaS company
6. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify target markets and opportunities for expansion
7. Analyze data and track performance
8. Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs)
9. Analyze user behavior, conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and other relevant metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-informed decision-making
10. Optimize customer acquisition and retention
11. Identify and implement strategies to optimize customer acquisition and retention rates
12. Design and execute effective marketing campaigns, improve conversion rates, and enhance the overall customer journey
13. Conduct experiments and A/B testing
14. Design and conduct experiments, including A/B tests, to validate hypotheses and optimize various growth initiatives
15. Analyze experiment results to gain insights and refine strategies for maximum impact
16. Stay updated with industry trends
17. Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in growth marketing within the SaaS industry

Other requirements

Passion to make something big happen

A high degree of self-drive and motivation

1-2 years of experience in growth/marketing, preferably in SaaS

MBA degree preferred

Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and techniques

Ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights to drive growth

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Interest and basic knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing

Proficiency in using Excel

Exposure to some CRM tools is preferable

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,20,000 /year
