About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Manage, hire, and mentor a world-class, seasoned sales team
2. Work on co-owning, defining, and driving strategy and execution for a region or segment in India
3. Drive revenue growth through a combination of planning, enabling the team, and owning relationships

A. Planning:

1. Plan to ensure that the weekly and monthly targets are met for each and every individual on the team
2. Conduct reviews for the team members' performance and take corrective actions, if any

B. Analytics:

1. Utilize sales data to understand market trends and potential & furnish reports
2. Develop and optimize sales processes to continuously improve sales
3. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
4. Understand customer's requirements and pitch products accordingly from the available product offerings of the company
5. Handle heavy sales-driven work with a team of 50-70 people
6. Reach out to customers through cold calls and schedule home demo for final sales


1. A smart & successful sales experience with team management skills would be preferred
2. Must have a keen desire to drive business development/sales for a fast-growing early-stage startup
3. Must have an apparent founder's mindset - a mindset where the person can own the business development/sales and shape it independently like a founder

Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 30,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 6 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
