1. Working as a subject matter expert in the field of employer branding & help articulate EB messages
2. Building and promoting employee value propositions for organizations
3. Planing, formulating and executing advertising, marketing, promotion, and digital and social media strategies for clients
4. Liaising with creative & media partners and developing the brand and campaign-specific creative briefs to ensure relevant communication development & management
5. Monitoring the effectiveness and efficacy while strategizing campaigns for customers they handle
6. Working with the team to create a solid branding message that's reflected across marketing materials, social media content, and internal communication
7. Staying abreast of trends and changes in the industry and making required changes in employer branding strategy and execution
8. Leading and presenting the campaigns/concepts to the clients
Note:
1. It will be 5 days a week and 8 hours a day job.
2. The candidate should have atleast 1-2 years of experience. (mandatory)
