About the job
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR executive to join our team. As an HR executive, you will be responsible for assisting the HR team in various HR-related tasks, including but not limited to recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and compliance. Freshers with a degree in HR or related fields are welcome to apply for this position.

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist the HR team in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
2. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit and interest in the role and company
3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
4. Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programs and activities
5. Help with onboarding new employees, including orientation and training
6. Coordinate employee benefits programs and answer employee questions regarding benefits
7. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
8. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements
9. Work on other HR-related tasks as assigned

Skills & Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
5. Knowledge of basic HR practices and procedures
6. Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus
