About the job
We are looking for a trainee (people inclusion, onboarding & development) to join our team and help us create a strong rhythm of people inclusion, onboarding & development. The ideal candidate will focus on developing our existing personnel instead of constantly hiring or firing new ones. The trainee will work closely with the human resources department to ensure that our employees receive the necessary training and development opportunities to perform at their best.

Key responsibilities:

1. Support the organizational goals by actively dealing with human resource planning, recruitment and selection, performance management, learning and development, career planning, function evaluation, rewards & recognition, industrial relations, employee participation and communication, health and safety, personal well-being, and administrative responsibilities
2. Develop and implement strategies for people inclusion and onboarding that ensure a right fit for our trainees and personnel
3. Provide HR development opportunities for employees to improve their unique functional fitment within the organization
4. Reinvent and reform our onboarding process for partnering
5. Offer HR consulting services to ensure integration and HR compliance
6. Observe the reshuffling of organizational structures and stay informed of the latest developments in the field
7. Take a big-picture view of situations, weigh them up quickly, make logical decisions, and confidently influence others to agree with you to achieve the objectives of the organization

Who can apply

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field

5. Prior experience in HR development, recruitment, and training is a plus

Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 12,500 - 25,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 2.16 - 4.32 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 75%

2. Variable component: 25%
