Key responsibilities:
1. Work together with clients and team leader to better understand the key requirements for a position
2. Filter out prospects and compile a list of the best candidates
3. Make sure that the potential employees have necessary skills to meet client needs
4. Screen the resumes in order to determine their competency
5. Set up interviews between the employer and the potential candidate
6. Onboarding and documentation of the new hired candidates
7. Interact with the clients sometimes to get the training of the candidates completed
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Microsoft Office, Google Sheets
2. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Honest, ethical, and dependable
4. Positive, go-getter attitude
5. Good stress management skills and the ability to make important decisions under pressure
6. Attentive listener, understanding, empathetic, and personable
7. Bachelor's Degree in management, business administration, finance, or related field
Shift Timings: 4.30 PM to 2.30 AM
Language: English (Read, Write, Speak)
