About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Working on recruitment and hiring: attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for the organization, managing job postings, and conducting interviews
2. Working on employee relations: managing employee relations issues, including conflicts, complaints, and grievances. You may also be responsible for developing and implementing employee engagement and retention strategies
3. Working on training and development: designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for employees, including orientation programs, skill development programs, and leadership development programs
4. Working on compensation and benefits: administering the organization's compensation and benefits programs, including salaries, bonuses, health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits
5. Working on performance management: developing and implementing performance management programs, including setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees
6. Working on compliance: ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity laws, wage and hour laws, and safety regulations
7. Working on data management: maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefit enrolments, and payroll records

Requirement: MBA with excellent communication skills.

Annual CTC: 2.4 - 5.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 70%
