The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

1. Oversee the full cycle of recruitment efforts
2. Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts, and employee termination process
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, human resources, or related area
2. Should be a graduate (any graduate is okay)
3. Should be from an edtech background only
4. Have a laptop and internet connection
5. 0-1 year of experience working in ed-tech
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
7. Candidates with experience in talent hunt are required
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
