Human Resource Generalist Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions to enhance brand awareness and facilitate campus recruitment
2. Design and implement screening processes to identify candidates with the right attitude and aptitude from all applicants
3. Ensure feedback calls are conducted every month to review the team's performance and maintain a performance tracker
4. Maintain the payroll platform such that the salaries, member addition/removal and things are organized
5. Communication: Maintain effective communication with potential candidates to enhance recruitment opportunities and candidate experience
6. Brand Perception: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for the company's website and YouTube channel, aimed at creating a positive perception among prospective hires
7. Onboarding: Develop and standardize training modules to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, aligning them with company practices and culture
