About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work to obtain and record HR information, manage the HR database
2. Assist with coordinating the hiring cycle and assisting the company employees with enrollment procedures and HR-related issues
3. Create and maintain the Human Resource operations
4. Conduct all new-hire orientations
5. Manage HR records including, resumes, applicant logs, and employee forms
6. Coordinate the entire hiring cycle for interns, part-time and full-time employees
7. Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.
8. Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
9. Work to regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, and discuss any problems or grievances they may have
10. Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 160000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 40000 /year
