6. Conducting monthly and quarterly performance assessments of employees
7. Working on employer branding and digital initiatives
8. Implementing employer branding strategies to enhance the Digital Presence
9. Making posters, in-person videos, writing a post for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
10. Working on policy and employee management
11. Creating HR policies and frameworks that promote a positive work environment
12. Working on employee engagement and skill development
13. Conducting webinars and sessions online to boost team spirit and Employee bonding
