About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and screening hundreds of applicants through and LinkedIn
2. Conducting telephonic interviews (screening/introduction) per day to shortlist candidates that meet the minimum requirements of our clients
3. Coordinating recruiting operational process and detailed record-keeping
4. Processing the applicants through a funnel of screening
5. Reporting recruiting activities on a timely basis
6. Contacting HRs of the different companies to get more clients
7. Uploading the requirements on social platforms and portals to get the desired candidate and maintaining their proper record.
8. Providing stellar candidate experience & creating new ways to surprise and delight candidates as they go through our client's recruitment process
9. Maintaining a proactive approach in seeking feedback from candidates to improve the effectiveness & efficiency of the process
10. Assisting and driving a full-cycle recruitment process, including, screening, interviewing, and feedback
11. Ensuring the internal dashboard is properly used and working on driving initiatives around candidate experience and employer branding

Salary during probation: 10,000 - 12,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 4 LPA
