Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify potential candidates' profiles across job boards, handle the interview process with clients, and drive the organizational objectives as planned
2. Understand the technologies and source quality profiles from job boards and social media portals and execute the entire recruitment process for the allotted clients
3. Meet the hiring deadlines effectively with healthy TAT
4. Innovate the sourcing process to reduce the initial TAT
5. Gather inputs for the candidate profiling and competitor analysis
6. Work on the market trends and their implications on the business
7. Update the hiring reports and analysis as and when required
8. Analyze and assess the individual performance in the light of organizational objectives
9. Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
10. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to the daily management of employees
11. Assist management in conflict resolution
12. Set standards for ethics, values, and culture of the company
13. Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes, and benefits packages
