MISSION:

To source non-IT talented A Players for the company which includes creative, marketing and sales profile. And select the right players through screening and interviews to join the company

Key responsibilities:

1. Source and hire 2-3 full time Editor within 7 days of joining
2. Capable to fill the interested profiles in the backup to hire new candidates for existing positions
3. Posting Job Posts and Connecting with Recruitment agencies to source new pool of talents for hiring needs
4. Working on new strategies to make the hiring process more efficient and faster
