Key responsibilities:

1. Utilize HRIS and HR analytics to manage and resolve personnel issues
2. Develop manpower planning strategies that align with organizational goals
3. Establish effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders
4. Utilize time management and organizational skills to ensure effective operations
5. Develop and implement strategies for training and development of employees
6. Develop and implement strategies for recruitment and onboarding of employees
7. Handle product management tasks in accordance with organizational goals
