Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
2. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring students
3. Coordinate with the students about the course we have and maintain their records
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including files and databases
