Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's overall goals and objectives
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires
3. Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise
4. Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, leave management, and employee insurance
5. Maintain accurate employee records and provide timely and accurate HR reports to management
6. Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure fair and consistent evaluations
7. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on effective communication
3. Proficient in MS Excel and other HR software
4. Strong command of the English language, particularly in written communication
5. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
6. Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
