Key responsibilities:

1. Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
2. Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
3. Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training.
4. Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
5. Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
6. Track budgets and negotiate contracts.
7. Hire and oversee training and L&D specialists.
8. Manage end-to-end recruitment.
