Key Responsibilities:

3. Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new employees to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
4. Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conflicts, and performance management issues.
5. Oversee HR operations such as payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
6. Utilize MS-Excel to track HR metrics, analyze data, and generate reports for management.
7. Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs, and implement programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
