1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
2. Monitor and evaluate employees performance
3. Develop and implement recruitment strategies
4. Provide guidance and support to employees in regard to HR related issues
5. Evaluate and analyze HR issues and suggest solutions
6. Oversee payroll and benefits administration
7. Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
8. Monitor changes in labour legislation and advise senior management accordingly
9. Support in developing and executing employee development plans.
