Key responsibilities:

1. Maintaining HR records and database
2. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
3. Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluation
4. Preparing attendance reports using the inhouse Leave App and Clockify
5. Designing compensation and benefits packages
6. Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them
7. Implementing effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
8. Acting as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
9. Managing employees' grievances
10. Managing leave data of employees
11. Assessing training needs and coordinating learning and development initiatives for all employees
12. Monitoring the HR department's budget

Qualifications:

1. Education in human resources management or relevant field (BBA/MBA)
2. Effective communication skills.
3. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
4. Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
5. High energy and passion
6. Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
7. Proven work experience as an HR executive/manager or similar role
