About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Forecast hiring needs, particularly at peak seasons
2. Design and post job ads to attract qualified candidates for in-store junior and senior positions
3. Calculate and report on employee turnover rates (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
4. Plan attractive compensation and benefits packages to increase retention
5. Onboard and train new hires
6. Track key recruiting metrics like cost-per-hire and source of hire
7. Manage payroll considering overtime, flexible schedules, and seasonal employment
8. Train team leaders on performance evaluation techniques
9. Liaise with college career offices to inform graduates about internships and junior positions
10. Use social networks to showcase our company culture and build a strong employer brand
11. Maintain physical and digital employee records

Requirements:

1. Preference will be given to only BBA & MBA students

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 10,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 2 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: 1.7 LPA

2. Variable pay: 0.2 LPA

3. Other incentives: 0.1 LPA
