Human Resources (HR) Manager Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct orientation sessions with all newly onboarded employees, explaining in detail company SOPs and policies, individual roles, responsibilities, and deliverables
2. Handle the entire hiring process, from candidate evaluation to issuing offer letters and sending official contracts to finalized candidates
3. Supervise and guide Junior HR Executives, ensuring they handle attendance, reporting, team concerns, and administrative tasks efficiently
4. Collaborate closely with department managers (tech, design, business, client relations) to understand hiring needs, project deadlines, and team challenges
5. Regularly coordinate with the Founders & Senior Leadership for HR updates, disciplinary actions, staffing strategies, and company-wide announcements
6. Take responsibility for hire and fire decisions, ensuring performance-based and policy-based actions are well-documented
7. Maintain strict yet professional enforcement of attendance, leave policies, deadline adherence, and overall team discipline
8. Conduct weekly reviews of team members and address grievances promptly
9. Maintain complete HR documentation, including contracts, onboarding documents, payroll coordination, attendance records, and termination papers

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3-5 years experience in HR Management or similar leadership roles
2. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
4. Proven ability to lead and manage HR teams
5. High level of professionalism, discipline, and leadership
6. Strong organizational and people management abilities
7. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and HRMS tools (preferred)
