Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and recruit the best candidates from the events and exhibition industries, including event managers, coordinators, and crew
2. Build strong teams by working closely with hiring managers to create high-performing event teams
3. Attend industry events and connect with top talent to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
4. Develop creative event staffing strategies to attract experienced professionals for both short-term and long-term roles
5. Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires to get them event-ready quickly
6. Collaborate with the founder to align recruitment strategies with company goals and ensure the team is built for success
