Key responsibilities:

1. Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
2. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
3. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
4. Work on being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
5. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
6. Achieve growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Salary

Probation:
