Remember we are a startup, so we are in -always-on- mode. You need to have a high degree of enthusiasm, energy, and the ability and willingness to put in whatever it takes to get the job done. You will need a high degree of execution focus and take ideas from concept to planning to execution in the shortest possible time.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handling responsibility of the NGO on an end-to-end basis
2. Reporting directly to your manager
3. Assisting the NGOs to reach out and engage with their donors
4. Taking ideas from concept to planning to execution in the shortest possible time
Note: While the number of years of experience is not the most important thing, a significant achievement in business development, sales, marketing, customer service, operations and team management is important and will be judged for.
Ideally you should have experience in an inside sales roles to businesses/SMEs and team management
Experience in lead generation will be an added advantage while applying for this role
We are looking at folks who are strong both in selling to the customer and servicing them
We are looking at folks with a connection to the social sector for whom this is more of a passionate endeavor than simply a job

Strong communication – both oral & written in English
Experience in sales – preferably inside sales i.e., selling over the phone to businesses/SMEs
Preference for candidates with at least 1 year of experience

danamojo is India's first payment solutions platform designed specifically for NGOs. Our purpose is to help NGOs raise more funds from individuals by providing a convenient and efficient mechanism to collect donations and engage donors. We provide an 'e-commerce like donation storefront' allowing donors to select donation products, provide both online (credit card, debit card, net banking, mobile wallets, and EMI) and offline (cheque pickup in 100+ cities) modes of payment. A customized thank you mail and 80G receipt is sent on confirmation of the donation. The platform is integrated in less than 5 minutes on the NGO's website. Donor engagement campaigns increase donations for our NGOs by up to 10%. We have 600+ NGOs on our platform.
