Sales is both an art and a science. We are seeking a sales associate (fresher or 0-1 year experience) who will be part of the sales team responsible for establishing and driving sales activities for our product. This job involves no traveling or field sales. Purely desk-based selling. You will be dealing with international companies, hence confident English communication skill is a must.
Key responsibilities:
1. Acting as a product specialist typically the first point of contact between the lead and Xobin
2. Conducting demos with customers
3. Reaching out to new sales leads via email, phone, or LinkedIn
4. Running outbound sales campaigns
5. Researching, prospecting, and qualifying clients
6. Managing the CRM
7. Managing prospective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
Required Skills/Experience:
1. An inclination to start/make a career in sales
2. Smooth communication skills, verbal and written
3. Confidence and pro-activeness
4. An understanding of tech or B2B Saas is a bonus
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,20,000 - 3,80,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
