Key responsibilities:

1. Work on new customer acquisition
2. Convert leads received through various marketing channels
3. Prepare short-term and long-term sales plans toward reaching the assigned goals
4. Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
5. Proactively identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
6. Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
7. Work on customer relationship management
8. Understand the customer requirement and pass on the insights to the product portfolio improvement based on the customer interaction/feedback
9. Work on key account management
10. Work on new account development
11. Handle operations and reporting
12. Manage pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned products/geographies and ensure the highest customer satisfaction
