Key responsibilities:

1. Understanding project-wise LD guidelines and creating actionable points for SME, design & animation, CE, and development teams to follow
2. Reviewing SME content and structuring the content as per LD guidelines of the project and global ID principles, providing feedback, and closing all ID aspects on files
3. Creating storyboards based on raw SME content with notes for graphics and animation, and CE teams
4. Providing additional reviews on documents from an MSTP perspective
5. Coordinating with the design team for the development of ILT/narration-based modules
6. Conducting QA on final modules received and coordinating changes across different teams
7. Working on the design, development, and production of effective learning solutions and working to analyze and identify learning needs, and designing and developing learning solutions

Skills & requirements:

1. Experience of 1-3 years is required
2. Deep level of understanding of learning models
3. Learning technology experience on Articulate and Spring suite
4. Visual design experience in storyboarding for professional courses
5. Assessment development skills
6. Team handling skills
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Formal education in instructional design is required
9. Minimum of 1 year of experience in professional e-learning courses
