Key responsibilities:

1. Build development work plans, including an implementation plan
2. Analyze existing source content and work with subject matter experts/stakeholders to obtain an in-depth understanding of client and learner needs
3. Create effective conceptual design, detailed design documentation, instructor and participant materials in very technically oriented topics
4. Design and develop course content including but not limited to measurable learning objectives, scenarios, simulations, audio scripts, progress checks, performance evaluations, reference glossaries, and knowledge assessments
5. Create, develop, write learning objectives, and develop a creative storyboard, as well as the course outline and facilitator scripts
6. Apply instructional design and adult learning theory to propose solutions that are cost-effective, easy to create and maintain, visually and instructionally compelling and provide a rewarding experience for the learner
7. Participate and contribute to project management meetings and ensure project deliverables are in scope and on-time
8. Make timely recommendations based on program objectives in consultation with the stakeholders
9. Execute the development and delivery of solutions (end to end) with strong attention to detail and timely implementation
10. Leverage firm tools and software in the development of learning solutions
