Insurance Recovery Executive Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients
2. Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions
3. Maintain documentation & extensive data entry related to the process
4. Liason with insurance companies, clients, and partners for recovering the insurance claims
5. Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data
6. Perform in a remote environment & manage the expectations, limitations, and pressure that are usually associated with remote customer service jobs

Who can apply:

1. Candidate must have a laptop with i5 processor, minimum 9th generation, 8 gb ram, 512 SSD/HDD, dual monitor, work table, stable internet connection, and a power backup i.e. UPS
2. Candidates with a call center background are welcome
3. Must be able to work in the given time zone and adapt accordingly

Additional Information:

1. The process is for an Australian insurance recovery company
2. This job requires 50% of handling calls & 50% of data entry for the insurance process
3. Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm AEST i.e. 4:00 am - 1:00 pm IST (during the daylight savings settings)
4. Saturdays- 8:30 am - 1:30 pm AEST i.e. 4:00 am- 9:00 am (during the daylight savings settings)
