IT Recruiter Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Handling the complete recruitment life cycle for direct clients in the US
2. Developing action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites
3. Working on mass mailing for job requirements/client requirements
4. Handling different types of IT requirements such as Java, .Net, Oracle, SAP, embedded, Linux, UNIX, HTML, DHTML, XML, etc.
5. Achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement
6. Ensuring recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders
7. Working on regular interactions/daily meetings with the team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, source strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, and future requirements, and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively
