About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage customer operations, including appointment booking, reschedules, etc.
2. Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, emails, and social media content
3. Create and implement social media marketing campaigns across various platforms
4. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategy accordingly
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
6. Assist with other marketing and operations initiatives as needed
Additional information: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a junior associate - operations and marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer operations and working on content and social media marketing initiatives. The role requires a combination of operational excellence, marketing skills, and creativity.
Note: Promising candidates will be invited for a 1 week's trial in which you will be hired for a limited period of one week to assess their suitability for a full-time position. The purpose of the trial is to evaluate your skills, work ethic, and cultural fit with the organization before making a long-term commitment. At the end of the week, we can decide whether to proceed with a permanent employment contract or to part ways.
