About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Handling inquiries and getting the enrollments over the phone
2. Counseling parents on the learning and development of their children
3. Converting prospects into enrollment, maintaining the admissions data in the systems
4. Resolving queries related to the course offered
5. Making 80 calls per day to parents
6. Working on computer-aided CRM application

Who can apply:

1. Counseling experience in ed tech organization is a must
2. Articulate & outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills required
3. Should have a go-getter attitude and disciplined worker and ability to work independently
4. Must be motivated, hardworking, dedicated, and patient
5. Must own a laptop and a smartphone
6. Must have a good internet connection
7. Must be a graduate in any specialization
8. Must be a team person
9. Passionate to work in high growth industry/environment
10. Prior B2C sales experience preferred, but not required

Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 10,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 2 - 2.2 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
