1. Develop content ideas considering readers' appeal through podcasts, news aggregators, social media, competitor sites, marketing tools, etc.
2. Create titles, subheadings, and SEO titles that grab the reader's attention
3. Use broad and in-depth sports knowledge to ensure graphics, play notes, anchor scripts, and reporting scripts that are statistically and factually accurate
4. React to breaking news with creative information and coverage angles
5. Understand written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents
6. Stay abreast of current best practices in the industry and review competitor websites to compare their activities with those of your company
