Junior Creative Designer Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and design visually appealing digital assets for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements
2. Create visual content such as illustrations, infographics, flyers, or other materials as requested
3. Develop and maintain brand guidelines for clients and ensure all design work aligns with brand standards
4. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects
5. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative solutions that meet client needs and achieve marketing objectives
6. Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas
7. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
8. Work closely with marketing and other team members to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
9. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to execute designs to a high standard
10. Provide input and feedback on design projects, and contribute to the development of creative strategies and ideas
11. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality in all design work
12. Continuously learn and develop new design skills and techniques to improve the overall quality of design work
13. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in design, and use them to constantly improve and innovate
14. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to design work
